All right, I'm just putting this out there: Chicken thighs are one thousand percent better than chicken breasts. I love their richer, deeper flavor — and the fact that they even have flavor, because regardless of how they're prepared or what they've been seasoned with, chicken breasts always taste like meat paper to me.
