We toured Joanna's Streamlined Brooklyn Kitchen yesterday, and now she's sharing a refreshing recipe! This simple "milkshake" is in regular rotation in the Goddard/Williams household. It's a healthy twist on a classic, but the kids feel like they're getting a major treat, and the adults sometimes partake too. After trying it myself, I can attest it's a great afternoon pick-me-up.
